Great day to be on the water!
Around 10 am we hit large schools of albacore 15 miles off sandy hook beach. Landing over 10 within an 1 hr. Dense fog moved in and visibility was limited. We moved 25 miles offshore to the mud hole were the sun was bright with clear water and blue skies. Light winds made it great just to be out on the water... We trolled up a few more larger Albacore and a bunch of small Mahi Mahi..
By 4:30 pm we headed back in and made a quick stop off at Shrewsbury rocks were we had non stop action bottom fishing. Keeper Sea Bass, Black Fish and large Porgy to end the day . Surely a day to remember!
